- Order & Shipping POLICY
- Payment must be made in full for boards and product before delivery.
Order Changes may not be made after received by Schneider Surfboards- remember be specific
with your order form.
Freight Damage may occur on occasion, If you
notice that the packaging is extensively damaged, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT
NOR OPEN THE PACKAGE. RETURN IT TO THE COURIER COMPANY ON THE
SPOT. Report immediately to Schneider Surfboards as it is
our
responsibility to file a claim with the carrier (if you start the claim
it will slow the process down) . - If you open your package and goods are damaged notify
Schneider Surfboards immediately and please save all packaging and box
for carrier claim inspection. Most of the time they replace the
surfboard with a new one. Claim must be completed before you recieve
your new board.
Color/Air brushing will be matched to your request as closely as possible.
- New Boards are ready to ride thanks to our new Resin max
strength in 24 hours.
Remember you are responsible for any damage or injury received while using any of these
products, so be careful.
